Shipping Policy

Delivery

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days of receiving your order. During busy periods, this may occasionally extend to 5 working days.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat-rate shipping charge on all UK orders. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

UK Standard Delivery: Flat rate (shown at checkout)

Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch

We do not currently offer international shipping. This may change in future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available for your shipment, we will include the tracking details in that email.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. postal service disruptions, adverse weather). If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will investigate.
