Our Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.
Returns
You have the right to return any unopened, unused product within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, in line with UK consumer rights legislation (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@adferwellness.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- Your reason for returning (optional, but helps us improve)
We will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Conditions
Products must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty product or an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the standard returns policy above applies.
